Do you ship?

Yes! Shipping starts at $7 for apparel and mugs and goes up depending on number of items purchased. Orders over $100 ship for free with code FREESHIP.

Can I pickup my item if I’m local?

Not at this time! Currently shipping is the only option. We provide the best shipping rates possible to minimize this cost for you.

What is the turnaround time?

Each item is made to order. Please allow up to 7 days for your item to be shipped out.

Returns/Refunds?

Because each item is customized, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted. But if you have a problem or concern about your order, please contact me and I’d love to make it right!

Can I order custom items?

Absolutely yes! I’d love to collaborate with you to make your vision come to life. Contact me for a custom design consultation.

Do I get a discount for bulk orders?

This is taken into consideration on a case by case basis. If you’d like to order more than 10 of the same design, contact me and we can discuss the options.

When do you release new products?

There is no set timeline! Typically new collections will be released around certain holidays or events, but also when creativity strikes! The “And Love” Collection is now available indefinitely and will be updated every so often as well.
